Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Approval
Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2–3 business days. Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days after approval.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued after confirming that the product meets return conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear details and, if possible, evidence of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or return.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
